Registration Process
All attendees regardless of their age, stay options, food options and length of attendance, need to Register for the Retreat. A family can use one Registration form to register all the members of that family.

The conference starts on Friday evening and ends on Monday at Noon. Friday dinner will be served FREE of cost. There will be a total of 8 meals served during the retreat (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Saturday and Sunday; Breakfast and Lunch To-Go on Monday. Food cost is included for all options except D, F and G. Others need to buy at the rates shown above. *The Registration fee of $3 per day per person will be charged on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Daily Visitors. |

Step 3: Download the Registration Form
Go to Downloads Page (after downloading you can come back here by clicking "BACK" button on your browser's menu. Or, you can click on "Registration Process" under "Registration" Menu from any page.
Step 4: Download the Viewers to view and print the Forms
This step is required ONLY if you don't have software on your computer to view and print the Forms downloaded.
Step 5: Fill the Form carefully based on your preferences
The most popular and cost effective package for devotees coming from other states is Option A: Full Registration. If you are comfortable with Tents, you may select Options: C, D, E, or F depending on your needs. Devotees in Chicago area who live close to the Campsite may select Option G if they can commute daily. All attendees who don't stay at Campsite need to pay $3 per person per day (for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only.) There is no fee for attending Friday program. Dinner will be served free on Friday night. Attendees who select Stay Options without Meals (Options D, F, and G) can buy meals separately (Option H). You can also bring your own meals.
If you need airport rides (Pickup or drop off), please mention that on the form.
