Key Guidelines for All

Please follow these Guidelines to make this event a happy and memorable one for you and other fellow devotees.

Love All, Serve All; Help Ever, Hurt Never; See Good, Do Good, Be Good

Help as much as you can, as efficiently as you can, as silently as you can, as lovingly as you can; leave the rest to God, who gave you the chance to serve.  Do not hurt the feelings of anyone by harsh treatment.” - Baba

1.                  Retreat Badges must be displayed at all times during the Retreat at the Campsite.

2.                  All Attendees regardless of their age or stay options (daily visitors and people staying at campsite) need to Register for the Retreat at the Registration Desk.  Please contact the Registration Desk for a Badge.

3.                  Badges need not be returned after the Retreat. They may be kept as souvenirs by the Devotees.

4.                  Badges and Meal Tickets are absolutely necessary to obtain Meals at the Dining Hall. If tickets are not already purchased, it can be done so at the registration desk.

5.                  If meal tickets have been purchased please check the date and the session on the ticket before standing in line.

6.                  Please use the North Side entrance of the dining hall during the Meal Hours. There is one door for Entry and other for Exit

7.                  Light Snacks, Fruit, Coffee, Tea, and Juice are available in the Dining Hall all day until Dinner for everyone. That includes daily visitors and devotees staying in tents, campers or RV’s.  Meal ticket is not required for food between Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; Please display your badge while entering the Dining Hall during such time.

8.                  Please do not take food out of the Dining Hall. Avoid getting stung by bees or insects.

9.                  SSE Children should be picked up and dropped off by the Parents in time for Meals and for the next SSE sessions. Details are in the SSE Guidelines document.

10.              Onsite Child Care for Children below 6 years only: Located in Stein Lodge.  Parents must accompany the children at all times. If the Parent wants to drop the child with a volunteer, then a request be made at the registration for a volunteer in advance. Guidelines are also available at the registration desk for the same.

11.              Camp Light s will be switched off at 10:30PM- Parents, please make sure your children go to bed before 10:30PM .

12.              Camp Site Rules state that the Swimming Pool is out of bounds for all  Retreat attendees (that means Adults and Children alike). There will be no exceptions.

13.              Please park your Automobiles in the designated parking areas.  Only Authorized Vehicles will be allowed to be driven within the Camp Site .

14.              Your Automobile at the retreat must be registered at the registration desk.

15.              Transportation between prayer hall and dining hall is available for seniors and anyone with special needs, upon request. Please contact any of the Volunteers. Also, anyone needing ride from the Men’s Lodge may contact the Service Desk.

16.              Any issue with the facilities may be brought to attention at the Registration Desk as soon as it is identified, so that the issue may be rectified by the camp authorities. The Camp Director and the Maintenance People will be available all weekend to help with any issues with the facilities.

17.              Audio tapes of all events will be available at the Book Store for purchase. Tapes will be released to the Book Store as soon as possible after each event is over. The Book Store is located at Cabin 9.

18.              Regional Sai Center Officers: Please visit the registration desk and update/ validate your contact information. This will help us maintain our Regional directory current.

19.              Your Feedback is important. If you are in for even just one day here at the retreat, please submit the Retreat Feedback Form available at the registration desk. It will help us to plan the retreat better next time. Feedback Forms are also available online.
