JCYS Required Forms for
SSE Low Ropes Outdoor Activities
Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS), the owner of Camp Henry Horner (where we are holding our Sai Retreat), requires all parents and children to fill and submit certain mandatory Forms if they want to participate in High Sierra Adventure Center activities. SSE Children who want to participate in these activities need to fill and submit these forms to JCYS through our Retreat Registration Coordinator.
