Hoppers must be present 20
minutes before the engagement.

Menu for the session will be
shared with the Hoppers before every meal session

One
hopper must be present at a table to help Guests with any requests.

Hopper
must usher people so that every table is filled in uniformly.

One
hopper will service only one table. Speak gently with the guests, but a
little louder to overcome the Dining Hall noise level.

Try to
avoid accidents. Keep slow pace in the dining hall. Avoid rushing into
kitchen to replenish the Guest needs.

Do not
rush to provide desserts until the Guest has completed his/her main
course.

Kids will
be seated with their parents on one end of the Dining Hall reserved for
them.

Hoppers
will ask the kitchen supervisor for replenishments. Guests, once seated
should not have to go back to the line or kitchen for seconds or refill.
Coffee, Tea or any other items must be delivered to the table.

To
accommodate all devotees in a short period, Hopper must clean the table as
soon as it is available. Table Cleaning Cloth is available with the
Kitchen Supervisor.

Hoppers
must wear a scarf. The scarf must be returned at the end of the engagement
to the location specified in the dining hall. The scarf must be maintained
clean.

Hoppers
must keep an eye for trash cans getting filled up and alert Dining Hall
Supervisor.

Hoppers,
like all other guests must present meal tickets for receiving food.

Hopper
must stay around for clean up until the partner hopper finishes their
round of food.

Hopper
can start to eat early if necessary. Please drop off the scarf if you
plan to eat in the middle of engagement.

Volunteers are required anytime to prepare plastic ware/napkin kits and
other essentials for next day’s engagement.

Hoppers
must stay back for Dining Hall Cleanup after the session is over.
