Saturday Breakfast through Monday Lunch

Friday: Light Vegetarian Dinner (rice, chapati, bread, fruit, juice, etc.) will be served free for all attendees

If you want to bring any food for Friday night to share with others, please contact us here.

ITEMS THAT WILL BE SERVED AT ALL MEALS

·         Coffee, Tea, Chocolate Milk, Low Fat Milk

·         Plain Yogurt without GELATIN.

Plain or Plain Natural or Plain Nonfat and Low fat or Low fat Flavored Yogurt products.

·         Fresh Fruit, Fruit Juice (Orange, Apple, Cranberry)

 

ITEMS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY BETWEEN MEALS (FREE for all Retreat Attendees regardless of their stay options)

·         Bread, Peanut butter, Jelly

·         Snacks of the type:

o       Trail Mix, Almonds

o       Chips

o       Granola Bars

Fresh Fruit (BANANA, WATERMELON, HONEY DEW MELON, APPLE)
