Childcare and Play Room Guidelines

Childcare and Play Room available on Saturday (9/4) and Sunday (9/5) only

  
   
 
   

   

  1. The playroom is open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM for Parents with children below 6 years. The parent MUST accompany the child at all times.

  2. Please leave the Play Room clean. Put away the toys and any items used before leaving the room.

  1. From safety perspective, a parent may utilize the edibles, water or juice as seen fit for their children only.

  1. Volunteers are available upon request.  Please make a request in sufficient advance so that the Service Desk may locate a volunteer for you.

  1. Parents will be assuming all risks associated with leaving the child with the volunteer.

  1. For safety concerns of the Child, volunteers will not feed the child in his/her care.

 

  1. If the child is left with a volunteer, Parents should promptly pickup the child at the agreed upon time.

  1. Parents must also indicate clearly where they can be contacted in case of emergency.

 

  1. Volunteers are generally not available between 11:45 AM and 1:15 PM .
